Why or Why Not Us? This is the foundation and culture of our campground, so please read the following carefully to determine whether or not our beautiful campground is a good fit for you. 

• Goal -  We are new owners and have worked in the RV industry for over 8 years. We want a campground that thrives on mutual respect for each other.   
• We cater to Seasonals and Monthly but do have a limited number of daily/weekly sites, with an emphasis on Seasonals. 
• We do not offer tent camping.
•  We do not have a lot of activities for kids or teenagers.  The campground is very large but we are not a Yogi Bear or KOA with emphasis on children. We do have plans to add more kid friendly activities. 
• In 2022 we added a very large covered stage (we call the Bear Den) and it was a huge success.  We host Movie Night, Karaoke, Corn Hole events, potlucks, as well as a Fall Festival.  
• We have a 12 acre lake that is very well stocked. Fishing is a big pastime for many.
• We have an interview process.  We first talk on the phone with some basic questions to determine if your camper and expectations are a fit. We don't want the drama that we have all experienced over the years at other campgrounds.  This is our primary goal.  
• We are flexible on how you can park your camper, as well as being creative on buddy camping if there are lots together. 
• Owners that truly care about customers.

Seasonal Campsites

Camping rates are for a family of 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults and no children. Adults are considered 18 and older. 

• Onsite winter storage is included for seasonal campers. All seasonal fees are due prior to the start of the season.
• A $100.00 deposit is required for electric. Meter will be read monthly and payment is due upon receipt.
• Rates starting at $2,400 (30 amp) to $2,800 (50 amp) per season.

Visitors and overnight guests will be required to pay the daily or nightly guest rates if they are not on your contract. All visitors must stop at the office to pay or have a daily visitor pass from you prior to entering the campground. 

• Daily: Age 5 and Over … $5.00 each
• Daily: Age 0 – 4 … FREE

$75 daily (minimum 4 days)
$400.00 weekly*
Rates starting at $500.00 monthly* + metered electric and $100 refundable electric deposit

* All rates are based upon 2 adults (18+) and 3 children ages 5 – 17  or   3 adults 18 and over with no children.  Add $7 per extra person, per night. Maximum number of 6 people per campsite.

 If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground direct at (765) 305-0808   Reservations for monthly rentals, seasonal sites, holidays, and special events are non-refundable.  Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
